Autism Learning Partners Orange County employs the most recent Applied Behavior Analysis findings to develop specific programs that address the needs of your specific child. We work with you to help you implement behavior programs and teach positive behavioral support, as well as providing ongoing assistance to both you and your child’s siblings and other family members. We take pride in having a qualified staff of thoroughly trained and highly educated Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Ph.D. personnel that have an in-depth history of ABA experience. All of the programs offered by ALP are based on scientifically proven methods that are crucial for developing social skills and language. These programs are designed to change and evolve as the child grows. We focus on helping both the child and parents. ALP is dedicated to teaching parents proactive and reactive teaching strategies that can be helpful while working with children on the entire Autism/behavioral spectrum. Our goal is to teach parents ABA therapy and allow them to understand and implement the ABA teaching strategies.
Martina Barnhart received her master’s degree in special education from National University and is a certified Behavior Analyst. She began her career in ABA over 20 years ago. In her role, she is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of clinical service delivery by supporting clinical directors, program supervisors and behavior technicians in their work with families.
Ronit Mckee has been working in the field of ABA for over 10 years. She is passionate about working with children with Autism and developmental disabilities and their families. Ronit received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and received her Master’s Degree in Teaching specializing in ABA. Ronit has been working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. Ronit oversees the BCBA’s, clinical supervisors, program supervisors and direct staff in their work helping families in North Orange County, Inland Empire and Bakersfield
Brittany graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton. She earned her Masters of Arts Degree in Teaching with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2014.
Brittany became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2011.

Arione has been with Proof Positive ABA Therapies since 2013 managing ABA programs. In her counseling practice, she predominately sees and treats individuals, children, couples and families dealing with issues related to autism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood and behavioral disorders, abuse related issues, attachment related disorders and issues, communication and conflict resolution, assertiveness training and provides co-parenting.
