Veronica Reynolds has had a lifelong passion for working with children and adolescents. At a young age she knew that her career path would be in realm of psychology and child development. As a graduate student in 2013 Veronica was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis and fell in love. This led Veronica to working with children aged 2-20 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as other developmental disabilities. Working in the field of ABA with amazing families and kids has brought so much joy into her life and motivates Veronica to continue her education and provide the most effective and least intrusive treatment plans. With a passion for disseminating ABA, Veronica now serves a diverse population in the Merced, Los Banos, Turlock, Modesto and Manteca areas.

Kristi Subia started in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2013 as a Behavior Technician (BT). She had always worked with kids in some capacity, and only learned of ABA after her undergraduate program was completed. Once she started working one on one with children as a BT, she fell in love with the field and philosophies of ABA and decided to start a graduate program.

Kristi went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She worked her way up to a supervisory position and earned her board certification (BCBA) in 2016. Kristi has worked primarily with youth and adolescence (ages 18 months to 18 years) and also has some additional experience working with adult populations in group homes. Her passion has always been working in the in-home setting.

Kristi currently serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RTB) and BCBA supervisor to several ALP employees. She enjoys teaching others ABA and has dedicated herself to improving the quality of services delivered to our clients. Kristi also enjoys data analysis and loves looking for ways to modify programs to best fit individual’s needs.

Taylor Gains is an Associate Clinical Director for Autism Learning Partners. Taylor earned a BA degree in Psychology and an MS in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.

She has been working with children on the autism spectrum since 2007. She was introduced to ABA while pursuing her undergraduate degree which sparked her passion in working with children diagnosed with ASD. Taylor started her career as a Behavior Technician and then became a BCBA in 2015. Taylor has worked with children and adults who have ADHD, ADD, ASD, BI-polar, OCD, substance abuse, Global delays, sensory processing disorders, and down syndrome. Taylor is an avid supporter for the special needs community and has participate in multiple fundraising events for children with autism, including hosting a 5K walk.

We accept most major insurance plans

We continue to work with insurance companies as they begin to cover ABA services.  If you don’t see your insurance provider on our list, give us a call to see if we accept your specific plan or can arrange for a single case agreement.

Services are also available through private funding.
