Kate Aucoin

Executive Director
Kate has worked with individuals and families with autism for more than 10 years and has been with ALP since 2012. For the last year, she acted as the social skills program director as well as the lead BCBA for in-home services. She specializes in communication skills on a client level and program treatment integrity on a staffing level.

Sandy Castellón

Associate Clinical Director
Sandy is a BCBA with over 12 years of experience working in the field of ABA and a certified black belt in Lean Six Sigma. She started working in the field while earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University. Next, Sandy earned her master’s degree in both Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Sandy is passionate about continuous improvement, system analyses, performance management, driving cultural change, leadership development, client outcomes, caregiver satisfaction, and job satisfaction. Beyond behavior analysis, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, movies, reading comics, and hiking.
