Elizabeth M. Landers
MS, BCBAExecutive DirectorElizabeth “Lizzy” Landers, from Decatur, GA, holds a B.S. in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. Before joining ALP, she ran a research classroom for Emory Autism Center’s Early Emory program. Lizzy started with Autism Learning Partners as a Clinician and then Director at Children’s Learning Connection in Southern California. In December 2018, she returned to the metro Atlanta area to launch ABA services in Georgia. Lizzy now oversees ALP services in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado.
Karina Sizemore
MS, BCBAClinical DirectorKarina serves as the Clinical Director for the ALP North County San Diego region. She graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Karina has been a BCaBA since 2009 and a BCBA since 2015. Her experience includes supervising and training individuals who work with children with special needs. She is passionate about working with clients on the autism spectrum and has worked with clients aged two to sixty-two in various settings, including homes, clinics, schools, group homes, and community-based programs. Karina loves watching children’s progress and growth and learning from them. In her spare time, she enjoys date nights with her husband, watching horror films, and spending time with her two dogs, Taco and London.
