  Rachael Schneider

  Rachael has a Bachelors Degree in psychology from Medialle College and a Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience with working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities across the lifespan. She has worked in a variety of settings in family homes, group homes, school and community settings. Rachael has experience implementing verbal behavior programs, daily living skill programs, and challenging behavior programs. Rachael likes to work with a team approach and collaborate with all members of a team, including the family as a whole, school personnel, and other providers.

  Sharlene Bergeron

  Associate Clinical Director

  Sharlene Joo Bergeron has over 20 years of experience in ABA, starting as a Behavior Technician while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She continued on to complete her Master’s degree, as well as Doctoral coursework in Teaching as Applied Behavior Analysis at Teachers College, Columbia University. She also holds a certification in Organizational Behavior Management. To align with her passion to explore new places, she has supported children and families in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, California, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia. Sharlene strives to lead with compassion, encourage learners, and celebrate success for everyone she supports.
