She earned her undergraduate degree from Temple University and went on to complete her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons University. Mia became a BCBA in 2021. Since joining ALP in 2023 as a BCBA, Mia has advanced through the roles of Senior BCBA and now Associate Clinical Director. Mia has worked in schools, in-home services, community programs, residential programs for children, and group homes for adults.

No. Your Behavior Technician can accompany your family for a clinically recommended trip in a family vehicle. BTs are prohibited from driving the child in any vehicle, even if a parent or guardian is present in the car.
