  Rachael Schneider

  Executive Director

  Rachael has a Bachelors Degree in psychology from Medialle College and a Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience with working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities across the lifespan. She has worked in a variety of settings in family homes, group homes, school and community settings. Rachael has experience implementing verbal behavior programs, daily living skill programs, and challenging behavior programs. Rachael likes to work with a team approach and collaborate with all members of a team, including the family as a whole, school personnel, and other providers.

  Nathaniel Hill

  MA, BCBA, LBA

  Associate Clinical Director

  With a career starting in 2020 as a Behavior Technician, Nate has expanded their expertise through roles at the University of Rochester Medical Center, public schools, and Autism Learning Partners. They hold a Master’s Degree in Special Education with a focus on ABA from the University of Arizona. Nate is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, creating meaningful outcomes for clients and their families, and mentoring staff to achieve professional growth.

  Jesica Lang

  M. Ed., BCBA, LBA, COBA

  Associate Clinical Director

  Jesica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Since joining Autism Learning Partners in January 2016, she has advanced through multiple roles—including Behavior Technician, Regional Trainer, and Senior Program Manager—before becoming a BCBA in August 2019. After three years as a remote Telehealth Supervisor for the Columbus, OH region, she returned to Buffalo, where she now serves as a Senior Behavior Analyst.

  Paige Sands

  BCBA, M.S.

  Associate Clinical Director

  Paige Sands has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for about 10 years, first as an RBT, then as a BCBA. She has practiced in the Tri-State Area/ Northeast for her entire career and knows the region very well. She has serviced clients across settings, including homes, clinics and schools. Paige is an advocate for trauma-informed and neuro-divergent affirming care. Through-out her career she has lead and worked on many interdisciplinary teams and have seen the advantage to interdisciplinary cooperation. Her field-related interests include functional communication and verbal behavior, PEAK, AIM, advocacy for children and families, and the mentoring of upcoming and new BCBAs to help them become the next wave of great clinicians that will move ABA into a bright future. Additionally, she has a passion for working with teenagers and young adults to help them become as independent as possible and productive members of the community.

  Jenna Seifert

  M.S., BCBA, LBA

  Associate Clinical Director

  Jenna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Graduate School. She has been working with individuals of all ages diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities since 2016 and has been a BCBA since 2019. Jenna has worked in a variety of settings including Schools, Clinics and within family homes. She is passionate about ensuring individuals receive the highest quality, compassionate care through a collaborative team approach. Jenna is also dedicated to continuing to grow and learn throughout every role she encompasses within the field.

  Kara Wozniak

  MA, BCBA-LBA

  Clinical Director

  Kara holds a Bachelor’s in psychology from Daemen College and a Master’s in applied behavior analysis from The University of Cincinnati. She began her ABA career in 2013 and joined Autism Learning Partners in 2014. Kara became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016 and the Associate Clinical Director in 2017. Now, she is the Clinical Director for three New York regions and Maryland. Kara values the lessons from working 1:1 with clients and believes teamwork and parental involvement are key to client success. She finds great joy in seeing clients progress and the pride it brings to everyone involved.
