Kate has worked with individuals and families with autism for more than 10 years and has been with ALP since 2012. For the last year, she acted as the social skills program director as well as the lead BCBA for in-home services. She specializes in communication skills on a client level and program treatment integrity on a staffing level.

Cara has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 10 years. She completed her qualifications through the University of Auckland in New Zealand, where she conducted a Masters level research thesis in the area of vocal stereotypy. Cara has provided ABA services within New Zealand, Abu Dhabi, the Cayman Islands and the United States. She has worked within homes, centers, schools and under Government contracts.
Cara is passionate about providing high quality, family-focused intervention. She believes that parent involvement and healthy clinical relationships create strong learning environments, which can lead to greater outcomes.
Cara grew up in Auckland, New Zealand and has been a Massachusetts resident for the past 2 years.

We continue to work with insurance companies as they begin to cover ABA services. If you don’t see your insurance provider on our list, give us a call to see if we accept your specific plan or can arrange for a single case agreement.
