Alison (Ali) Nalivaika is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Child Development and Family Relations. She furthered her education at Bay Path University, where she obtained her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2016.
Ali is has experience working in both residential and home based settings with individuals ranging from 2-18 years old and has provided ABA services to families and individuals with disabilities since 2014. She was born and raised in Worcester, MA and is excited to serve her hometown with the quality service and care that Autism Learning Partners strives to provide.
Kate has worked with individuals and families with autism for more than 10 years and has been with ALP since 2012. For the last year, she acted as the social skills program director as well as the lead BCBA for in-home services. She specializes in communication skills on a client level and program treatment integrity on a staffing level.
